Karina Ross is back to bring AquaVie members a Healing Sound Bath Experience to celebrate the Autumn Equinox. During the 75-minute session, Karina will utilize the power of sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapy to nurture your mind and body. Join us in the Yoga Studio on Sunday, September 22nd, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
