Infrared Sauna
Step into a session designed for deep relaxation and cellular recovery. Infrared heat works from the inside out, helping muscles unwind, circulation improve, and the body genuinely reset. Most members find a 15 to 20 minute sauna session to be the ideal starting point.
Recovery Area
The recovery lounge experience doesn't end when you step out of the sauna. A dedicated rooftop cabana space gives you a place to rest, rehydrate, and let your body fully absorb the work you've just done. Consider it the essential final element of your session.
