Summer DJ Series – DJ Jenny Voss

Music has always run in Jenny’s blood — her grandmother was a traveling singer, and singing, songwriting, and performing have been part of her family for generations. After college, she moved to San Diego on a whim and spent years performing acoustic sets around town, honing her voice across genres before making the leap to writing and releasing her own music.

Jenny released her first single and EP with SoulRich Productions in 2019, and has been writing and performing consistently ever since — including a milestone show at San Diego’s Music Box. Known on stage as JENNY VOSS, she’s built a sound she calls Soultronic House, blending soul, disco, and dance music into something distinctly her own. She’s also a co-founder of In The Bag Productions, where she performs live alongside local DJ DBT (Do Big Things) at the company’s immersive, theme-driven events.

For Jenny, music is about connection, intention, and doing things her own way — an independent artist building her career one collaboration at a time with San Diego’s local producer community.
