AquaVie Fitness + Wellness Club Re-Closure FAQ


How does the closure impact my monthly membership?
All accounts will be placed on an automatic hold during the closure. There is no need to contact us. This hold is temporary and complimentary until further guidance from the government is received. Your membership is very important to us. We appreciate your trust and understanding and we will continue to communicate details once we have clarity on our re-opening timeframe.

With the facility being closed, will members get refunds?
AquaVie will provide prorated dues applied as many days as we are closed to the first month of dues after opening.

May I use the rooftop amenities including the Pool, Hot Tub and Track during the closure?
Starting Wednesday, July 15, AquaVie will offer reserved access to the outdoor Rooftop Pool Deck and equipment. When will AquaVie reopen?
The team at AquaVie is monitoring the current situation in our community surrounding COVID-19 and will reopen as soon as possible. We will evaluate our ability to open the facility on a daily basis. Once we are able to safely open the property you will be notified by email.

How can I continue my wellness goals during the closure?
We support you in your wellness goals during this health crisis. We are offering everyone an immediate complimentary “light” version of Les Mills On Demand that consists of 95 workouts across 8 workout categories, including kids programming. We hope you enjoy the workouts and look forward to supporting your success!

If the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Pandemic improves, how soon will AquaVie open?
We are following guidance from the Local Health officials, the World Health Organization and Center for Disease Control. If conditions improve, we will reevaluate our operation.

What role do local health people play in this decision?
We are monitoring recommendations of local health officials and following guidance as needed.

What if I have items in a locker in AquaVie?
If you have items in your locker, please reach out to us at  We will help coordinate retrieval of your items as quickly as possible.

How will I be notified of any changes during closure?
Due to the dynamic nature of the situation, we will resume AquaVie operations as soon as it is deemed safe and appropriate by local, state, and federal authorities and guidelines. We will continue to send updates to keep you informed via email, social media or by visiting our website.
